It is the activation day and you are asked for the activation code?
This may be a sign that the service has not yet been activated. The activation will take place during the course of the day, unfortunately we cannot give exact times. It can be activated until 17.00 o'clock of the said day.
It is best to try it again in 1-2 hours by disconnecting and reconnecting the router. If there is no signal until 17.00 o'clock, please contact us.
If you have already received a mail from us informing you that the Internet has been switched on, you have probably ordered a new connection, but have not yet had an electrician come to you. In this case, please contact Support and tell us the Binding ID which should be shown on the display.
