Why was my internet line blocked?

Blocking the connection

As soon as we cannot detect any receipt of payment, the connection will be automatically blocked after 7-10 days, after the third reminder has been sent.

Connection release

As soon as you have paid the outstanding total amount, your connection will be automatically reactivated. This usually happens 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment.

Please note that a one-off charge of CHF 30 will be made for the activation of your connection. 

You are welcome to send us a proof of payment of the outstanding total amount by e-mail in advance so that we can speed up the connection process.
