Why was my internet line blocked?

Blocking the connection



As soon as we have not received payment, the connection will be automatically blocked 7-10 days after the third reminder has been sent. 



Activation of connection



As soon as you have paid the outstanding amount, your connection will automatically be reactivated. This usually happens 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. You are welcome to send us a proof of payment of the outstanding total amount by e-mail in advance so that we can activate the connection process more quickly. 



In order to speed up the reactivation, you can pay the open invoices retroactively via credit card or TWINT at any time. (see here)



Please note that a one-off charge of CHF 50 will be made for the activation of the connection.
