Blocking the connection

If we have not received the payment of the outstanding invoices within the following 7-10 days after the third reminder, the connection will be automatically blocked.

Activation of connection

As soon as you have paid the outstanding amount, your connection will automatically be reactivated. This usually happens 3 to 5 days after reception of the payment.

Please note that a one-time fee of CHF 50.- will be charged for the reactivation of your connection. 

You are welcome to send us a proof of payment of the outstanding total amount by e-mail in advance so that we can speed up the reactivation process.
