Can I keep my fixed network contract with another provider?

This is only possible via two different copper cables. This would mean that you use one telephone connection for the fixed network and another for the Internet.

In addition, both Swisscom and Sunrise only connect telephony customers via Internet telephony and you would then have to buy two lines, one for Internet and one for telephone, which would be pointless. If you get fibre from us, this would be possible, but would probably not be financially worthwhile.

However, it is possible that you can take over your existing landline number. You can do this when you place your order. If you have already ordered, you can inform us here that you would like to add landline telephony.
