Why can't I change my subscription?
If you want to change your subscription in the Teleboy customer cockpit – e.g. adjust Internet speed or add the Skip-Ad option for TV – this is of course possible.
However, sometimes a change may not be available. This is due to technical restrictions, especially for products that are not yet active or for adjustments made recently.
To keep everything clear, each product shows a “next possible change date”. This is displayed in the customer center whenever a change is not yet possible.
When can I adjust my subscription again?
The rules depend on the product and your subscription status:
TV subscription:
Status | Next possible change |

In processing | From the start date |
Already cancelled | No changes possible |
Active & ordered within last 24h | Possible after 24 hours |
Internet subscription:
Status | Next possible change |
---|---|
In processing | 1 month after start date |
Already cancelled | Only via support |
Recent change | From the next month |
Landline subscription:
Status | Next possible change |
---|---|
Active product | 1 month after start date |
No start date yet | Only from the start date |
Mobile subscription:
- Currently, changes are only possible via support.
- In general: 1 month after the start date.
- If a change is already scheduled:
- No start date: change not possible.
- With start date: 1 month after that date.
Important note: You can always adjust your subscription (Internet speed, TV options, landline type).
But Teleboy does not make automatic contract changes (price or service). The terms agreed at signup always apply.
All changes must be initiated by you via the customer center or by contacting support.
