My router is broken after lightning strike

Please report the router defect immediately to our support team so that a new router can be sent.

Teleboy will invoice the customer for the replacement of the router. A refund of the costs is to be examined in the following way:

1Liability insurance

If lightning strike is not excluded from the covered services.

2Building insurance of the house owner

If this covers lightning strikes (obligatory in many cantons). For rented apartments, the building administration must be contacted.
