Apparently your IP address is not registered in Switzerland. There can be several reasons for this:


Mobile


  • If you are using Onavo or any other app that redirects or compresses traffic over international networks, you must delete it and its profiles. These will remain even if the app has already been uninstalled. You can find the profiles on the iPhone under "Settings" → "General" → "Profiles". Select the Onavo profiles there and remove them. 
  • If you are using a VPN connection to a foreign server, you must disconnect it before using Teleboy.


PC


  • If you are using Opera, please disable the Turbo function before using Teleboy.
  • Disconnect any VPN connections before you use Teleboy.


 

If the above conditions do not apply, please check your IP address here. A click on the IP address just below the search field will take you to all the information about your IP, including the country in which it is registered. 


Then tell our support the IP and the result of the location.
