Teleboy says I'm not in Switzerland, but that's not true. Why?
If Teleboy detects an IP address outside of Switzerland, access is blocked – even if you are physically in Switzerland. Here are the most common causes and solutions.
⚠ Warning
VPN connections and traffic compression apps (e.g. Onavo) prevent Teleboy from working and must be fully disabled.
How to proceed
1Disable VPN
Disconnect all VPN connections to foreign servers before using Teleboy.
2Remove Onavo profiles (iPhone)
If you have used Onavo or a similar app: go to "Settings" → "General" → "Profiles". Select the Onavo profiles and remove them – even if the app has already been uninstalled.
3Disable Opera Turbo (PC)
If you use the Opera browser, disable the Turbo function before opening Teleboy.
4Check IP address and contact support
If the problem persists, check your IP address at iplocation.net and contact support at my.teleboy.ch/contact with your IP and the country shown.
✓ Done!
After disabling the VPN or removing the profiles, Teleboy should work again.
