Apparently your IP address is not registered in Switzerland. This can have several reasons:


Mobile


  • If you are using Onavo or any other app that redirects or compresses traffic abroad, you need to delete it and its profiles. These will remain even if the app has already been uninstalled. You can find the profiles on the iPhone under “Settings” → “General” → “Profiles”. Select the profiles of Onavo there and remove them. 
  • If you use a VPN connection to a foreign server, you must disconnect it before using Teleboy.


PC


  • If you are using Opera, please deactivate the turbo function before using Teleboy.
  • Disconnect any VPN connections before using Teleboy.
