Clear the history, cookies and cache of your browser, restart the browser and log back in to Teleboy. This should fix the problem. If not, try another browser (e.g. Firefox or Chrome). Update the browser once if necessary.
It is also possible that an ad blocker software or other plugin is blocking the signal. Please deactivate any plugins and try again. Note that there are also virus protection programs with an integrated ad blocker.
If necessary, delete any VPN profiles.
Please check the firewall of your router to see if it blocks the stream for all or certain devices. If possible, please update the firmware of your router. Also turn it off and on once.
