Clear your browser's history, cookies and cache, restart the browser and log in to Teleboy again. This should fix the problem. If not, try using a different browser (e.g., Firefox or Chrome). Update the browser once if necessary.
It is also possible that an ad blocker software or other plugin is blocking the signal. Please deactivate any plugins and try again. Note that there are also antivirus programs with integrated ad blocker.
If necessary, delete any VPN profiles.
Please check the firewall of your router to see if it blocks the stream for all or certain devices. If possible, please update the firmware of your router. Also switch it off and on once.
