Computer: Player window remains black or displays error messages
If the player window stays black on your computer or displays error messages, these steps will help.
How to proceed
1Clear browser cache and restart
Clear your browser's history, cookies and cache, restart it and log in to Teleboy again. If that doesn't help, try a different browser (e.g. Firefox or Chrome) and update it if necessary.
2Disable ad blockers and plugins
Ad blocking software or other plugins may be blocking the signal. Disable all plugins and try again. Note that some antivirus programs also have a built-in ad blocker.
3Delete VPN profiles
Delete any VPN profiles and disconnect all VPN connections.
4Check router firewall and firmware
Check your router's firewall to see if it is blocking the stream. Update the firmware if possible and restart the router.
