Set "Clear speech" function

Since 2022, some broadcasters have introduced the "Clear speech" function. You can also set this option in the Teleboy TV player.

What is the "Clear Speech" function?

Through "Clear Speech", an AI converts the standard stereo audio track into a speech-optimised track.

This means that dialogue is highlighted and background noise and music are automatically turned down. The effect is that conversations are heard more clearly.

The offer is primarily aimed at older people who often can no longer hear so well.

How can I set the "Clear speech" function?

You set the "clear language" function via the player setting. To do this, click on the cogwheel in the player -> Audio Track -> mis / mus.

Unfortunately, the broadcasters quite often change the description of this channel, so that this is often output as "mus", "mis" or other unknown abbreviations in the sound selection.
