Why is programme information missing from the EPG? (Gaps in the programme schedule)

We do our best to always show you a complete programme guide up to 14 days in advance. However, you may occasionally notice gaps in the programme guide (EPG).



What you need to know:

  • The next 7 days: A complete display for the coming week is particularly important to us. If data is missing here, we are already working with our partners to resolve the issue.

  • Long-term planning (from day 8): We rely on TV channels sending us their information in good time. Sometimes, data for the distant future reaches us with a delay.

 Gaps in the second or third week prior to the current week are therefore often unavoidable and depend directly on the broadcasters.

  • Data preview: We receive EPG data for a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, it is not always possible to prevent gaps in the third week.



What can you do? These gaps usually fill in by themselves as soon as the channels have updated their data. However, if a gap persists within the next 48 hours, simply let our support team know!
