Series recording: activate, manage and troubleshoot

With series recording, you can automatically record all future episodes of your favourite show.

1. Activate series recording

When you select a show in the programme guide and click «Record», you are automatically asked whether to record only this episode or the entire series.

• Confirmation: Select «Record series» to schedule all episodes over the next 14 days.
• Requirement: The show must be recognised as a series by our system.

2. Manage and delete series recordings

Manage your series at any time at tv.teleboy.ch/pvr:

• Delete recordings: Go to «All recordings», find the episode and click the trash can icon.
• Remove scheduled recordings: Filter menu → «Scheduled only» → click the trash can icon.
• Series list: Under the «Series» tab you can stop the entire schedule with one click.

3. Troubleshooting

• Manual addition: Contact our support – we can add the show as a series.
• Storage: Check that your recording storage is not full.
• EPG data: Sometimes broadcasters are missing series information in the digital guide.
