The recording function is based on the official broadcast times of TV stations. If stations do not adhere to these, the recording may be incomplete.

1Why does this happen?
Teleboy has no influence over last-minute programme changes by broadcasters. We automatically apply a buffer of 5 minutes before and 15 minutes after each show.
2No retroactive correction possible
For licensing reasons, we are unfortunately not permitted to offer time-corrected recordings retroactively.
3Contact customer service
Contact our customer service – if an alternative broadcast is available, we will send it to you.
