What fees are incurred if I return the borrowed modem defective or not at all?

All routers sent serve as a loan (see T&C § 5.9) and can be used free of charge during the contract period and must be returned after termination of the contract, or in the event of a possible change of router. 

If we are unable to determine receipt of the hardware or if the device is damaged or heavily soiled, Teleboy will charge the following fee:

FRITZ!Box 7360 - Price: CHF 149.- incl. VAT

FRITZ!Box 7530 - Price: CHF 149.- incl. VAT

FRITZ!Box 7560 - Price: CHF 149.- incl. VAT.

FRITZ!Box 5490 - Price: CHF 199.- incl. VAT.

FRITZ!Box 5530 - Price: CHF 199.- incl. VAT.

FRITZ!Box 7582 - Price: CHF 199.- incl. VAT.

FRITZ!Box 7583 - Price: CHF 199.- incl. VAT.

Zyxel AX7501 - Price: CHF 299.- incl. VAT.
