Internet router not returned or defective – charges
All routers provided are on loan (see T&Cs § 4.8). They can be used free of charge during the contract period and must be returned after cancellation or when changing routers.
If the device is not returned, or is damaged or heavily soiled, Teleboy charges the following fees:

In addition, a handling fee of CHF 60.- may apply. Prices are based on standard market purchase prices.
Please note: In your cancellation confirmation by e-mail, or in case of a successful router change, you will receive important information regarding the return of the device.
