Router return – Address & deadline

You received a new router or cancelled your subscription?

Please return the old device in full to the following address:

Return deadline

Please return the router within 10 days:

  • after receiving the new device
    or

  • after your service has been deactivated


What does “in full” mean?

Make sure to include all items – ideally:

  • Original packaging (if available)

  • All cables

  • Any accessories

If the original packaging is missing: Use secure packaging that protects the device during shipping.


What about the TV box?

You can keep it. The TV box is your property – it was purchased with your subscription.
