How can I report a move?
Moving home?
No problem – you can take your Teleboy Internet or Kombi subscription to your new address, provided our service is available there.
ℹ Note
The Teleboy TV subscription is location-independent – you use it via the app or web. You do not need to report a separate move for TV. If you also have an Internet subscription, it is sufficient to report only the Internet move. The TV subscription continues automatically.
How to report your move
1Report in the customer cockpit
Go to the customer cockpit under My Teleboy → My Subscriptions → My Services or directly via this link: Report move
2Fill in the details
Enter the new address, desired activation date and technical information. The availability check will show which technology and speed is available at the new location.
DSL available at the new location
If an existing connection is available, we need:
- the NSN number or
- the name of the previous tenant
If no connection exists or DSL has not been used at the new address yet, we can activate the service via a new connection – an electrician will be required.

Fiber optic available at the new location
Check whether a fiber optic socket is installed at the new address. The OTO-ID on the OTO socket is required for the move. If no socket is yet installed, you can indicate this in the move form. Installation of a new OTO socket is free of charge.
⚠ Important – Notify in advance
Please report your move at least 30 days in advance. This allows us to organise everything needed for a smooth transition. In the event of late notification, Teleboy cannot guarantee that the connection will be transferred on time.
