How can I report a move?

You can register your move in your customer cockpit.


To do so, go to https://my.teleboy.ch/internet and select the category "Move".


First, an availability check is carried out to show you what speed is possible at your new location.


Tip for a DSL line:

Tell our support the name of the current tenant or the NSN of the new location. This will help us to process the move more quickly.


Tip for a fibre optic line:

Tell our support team the OTO ID of the fibre optic socket at the new location.


The user must notify Teleboy of a move at least 30 days in advance. In the event of late notification, Teleboy cannot guarantee the timely rerouting of a connection and accepts no liability for any costs and damages incurred by the user.
