Internet router not returned or defective – charges

The router is a loan device

All routers provided are on loan (T&Cs § 4.8) and can be used free of charge during the contract period. They must be returned after cancellation or when changing routers.

If the device is not returned or is damaged or heavily soiled, Teleboy charges the following fees:
