My TV screen is not responding. What can I do about it?
This error occurs when Apple TV exits sleep mode and the remote is already wiped during startup. This is caused by the Apple TV's operating system – unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it. To avoid the problem, simply don't touch the remote when starting up from hibernation.
How to fix it
1Open the app switcher
Press the Home button on the Apple TV remote twice to open the app switcher.
2Close and relaunch Teleboy
Swipe up on the Teleboy app to close it, then relaunch it.
✓ Fixed!
Everything should work normally again after restarting the app.
