What is an OTO-ID and where can I find it?

The OTO-ID is the number of the fibre optic socket. The fibre-optic socket is usually located in the living room - usually next to the main telephone socket. The number is printed on the socket and usually starts with B.xxx, A.xxx or rarely with O.xxx.

If a fibre optic box is already installed, we need the OTO-ID to be able to switch on our service. If no can is installed yet, this is done free of charge by a technician.

Advice:

Please check carefully whether there is a fiber optic socket in your apartment.

If you indicate that a new OTO socket is to be installed and it turns out that a socket already exists, the service provider will charge a cancellation fee of 100.- CHF to 150.- CHF.
