Can I adjust the speed of my Teleboy Internet subscription?
Adjust your Internet speed
An upgrade or downgrade of your Internet subscription is possible at any time. Simply go to your Teleboy customer cockpit.
How to proceed
1Log in
Log in to your Teleboy account: my.teleboy.ch/service/internet
2Adjust subscription
Under Subscriptions → Internet → «Adjust» tab, choose your desired speed. The same tab is also where you switch from DSL to fibre if you wish.
When switching to fibre, you choose a preferred date and enter the OTO-ID of your fibre socket (it is printed on the socket, e.g. B.123.456.789.0). If you don't have a fibre socket yet, you indicate this instead. The order cannot be submitted without one of these two entries. Where can I find the OTO-ID?

A speed change is applied immediately. For a switch to fibre, your preferred date applies. If there is no fibre socket yet, the switch is automatically postponed until the socket has been installed. Until then, your DSL remains active.
ℹ Blocking period
After a change, a blocking period applies. The next possible change date is shown in the Cockpit, directly next to the relevant service.
