Which network does Teleboy use for Internet?

Teleboy provides internet services using the Swisscom network, specifically via DSL (copper line) or fiber optics (FTTH). Cable connections (e.g. UPC / Sunrise) are not supported.

We rely on the existing Swisscom infrastructure. Depending on the expansion at your address, the connection type may be:

ℹ On DSL and want to switch to fiber?

You can trigger the technology switch yourself in your customer login: Subscriptions → Internet → «Adjust» tab. You can also change your internet speed there. After a change, a blocking period applies. The next possible change date is shown in the Cockpit next to the relevant service.
