How long is the minimum contract period for Teleboy Internet?

The minimum contract period for Teleboy Internet is 12 months. After this period, the subscription can be cancelled with a notice period of 2 months to the end of a month.

ℹ Changes are possible at any time

The minimum contract period only applies to cancellation. An upgrade or downgrade of your speed, as well as the switch from DSL to fibre, are possible at any time during the contract term, directly in your customer login under Subscriptions → Internet → «Adjust» tab. After a change, a blocking period applies; the next possible change date is shown in the Cockpit next to the relevant service.
