Why was my credit card charged twice?

Please check whether one of the debits is possibly only a reservation.

In the case of an automatic renewal of the subscription, two entries are always recorded: A reservation of the amount and the actual booking. The reservation of the amount is usually made two days before the debit. We use it to check whether the account has sufficient funds and whether the credit card is still valid.

If one of these does not apply, the customer is informed by an e-mail. If both are in order, the amount will be debited two days later.

If your account has actually been debited twice, please contact support.
