Store a credit card or Postcard
You can pay your invoice by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, PostFinance) or Postcard.
1Log in to your customer account
Log in to your customer account: my.teleboy.ch/finance/payment
2Store your payment method
Go to "Manage subscription" → "Payment methods" and store your card.
3Assign payment method
Go to "Manage subscription" → "Subscriptions" and select your card as the payment method.
✓ Done!
From now on, your future invoices will be automatically charged to your credit card.
⚠ Important
Invoices that have already been sent and are still open are not charged automatically. You need to pay them manually, most easily directly in your customer account: click on the open invoice and pay it. The payment reaches us immediately. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer using the QR code on the invoice. In this case, it takes a few business days until the payment is booked.
