Despite depositing my credit card my bill is not paid automatically!

Please make sure that you have correctly adjusted your credit card in your personal settings (Cockpit). You can check this as follows:

Manage subscription - Subscriptions - Means of payment (change from invoice to the desired credit card).

Important: Invoices that have already been sent cannot be paid retroactively by credit card. In this case, any outstanding invoices must be paid by bank transfer. You will find the necessary payment information at the end of each invoice. 

You can view and download your invoices including the QR code in your personal settings.

You can pay invoices that have already been sent retroactively via credit card or TWINT.

To do this, open your account settings, select "Manage subscription" and then "Invoices". 

Then click on "Pay" next to the open invoice. The invoice can now be paid directly using the desired payment method. Each open invoice must be paid individually. The payment status or a possible reminder status may only be updated after 1-2 days.
