I see the message «You are Blocked» – what can I do?
The message «You are Blocked» appears when Teleboy detects that your connection is running through a VPN, proxy or similar function. This is not a technical error, but an active block – Teleboy must ensure, for licensing reasons, that you are located in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Short answer: Disable your VPN, iCloud Private Relay or similar functions – access should work again immediately.

Teleboy automatically blocks VPN connections as it must ensure, for legal reasons, that access comes from Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
How to proceed
1Check and disable your VPN
Open your device settings and check whether a VPN connection is active. Disable it completely – including VPNs integrated in security or antivirus apps.
2Disable iCloud Private Relay
If you use iCloud+: On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your name] → iCloud → Private Relay → turn off. On Mac: System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Private Relay → turn off. More info: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212614
3Check Wi-Fi privacy settings (iPhone / iPad)
Open Settings → Wi-Fi → tap the (i) next to the active network. Disable the following options if active: «Limit IP Address Tracking», «Private Wi-Fi Address» and «Proxy DNS».
4Check ad blockers and security software
Temporarily disable ad blockers, browser extensions or antivirus software. Some programmes redirect DNS requests and thereby alter your detected location.
5Problem still persists?
If you previously accessed Teleboy using a VPN, it is possible that your VPN provider has changed its IP address, which is not yet correctly recognised as a Swiss IP address. Disable the VPN – this solves the problem immediately. Without disabling the VPN, the problem usually resolves itself within 24 hours.

After disabling VPN, Private Relay or Wi-Fi privacy settings, Teleboy should work again immediately.
