DSL: Activation page is displayed – what to do?
If you have a DSL line, you don't have to enter an activation code.
If you still see an activation page from Swisscom, there may be two reasons for this:
1. Is it not yet 5:00 p.m. on the day of activation?
No problem – just wait, the line will be activated automatically at 5:00 p.m. at the latest.
2. You are seeing the activation page after 5:00 p.m.?
Then your line was activated for the wrong connection number.
In this case, please send us the so-called connection identification number (binding ID) so that we can activate the line correctly.
