Do I have to do anything when I move?

When you move, you need to update your new address in your Teleboy customer account yourself so that invoices and mail are delivered correctly.

How to proceed

1Open customer account

Log in at my.teleboy.ch/user/addresses

2Update address

Enter your new address and save the change. The billing address is updated immediately.

✓ Done!

Your address is updated. Invoices and mail will from now on be sent to your new address.
