What fees are incurred if I return the borrowed modem defective or not at all?

All routers sent are on loan (see GTC § 4.8) and can be used free of charge for the duration of the contract and must be returned after termination of the contract, or in case of a possible router change. 

If we cannot determine receipt of the hardware or if the device is damaged or heavily soiled, Teleboy will charge the following fee:

FRITZ!Box 7583 -         Price: CHF 199.- incl. VAT.

Zyxel AX7501    -         Price: CHF 299.- incl. VAT.

FRITZ!Box 5530 XGS -Price: CHF 219.- inkl. Mwst.
