Forgotten or would like to change the password

If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, you can reset or update it in just a few steps.

I have forgotten my password – how do I reset it?

If you no longer know your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the password reset page
   • Visit www.teleboy.ch/en/passwort-vergessen
2. Enter email address
   • Enter the email address you use for your Teleboy account.
3. Receive reset link
   • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
   • If the email does not arrive, please check the spam folder, or whether you are actually registered with the email
4. Set new password
   • Click on the link in the email and create a new secure password.

Can't access the email address stored?

If you cannot access the e-mail, please contact our support team.

How can I change my password?

If you know your current password and want to change it for security reasons, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Teleboy account.
   • Log in here.
2. Open settings.
   • Click on “My data” → “Change password”
3. Set a new password
   • Enter your current password.
   • Choose a new secure password and confirm it.
4. Save & confirm
   • Click on “Change password” to apply the change.

Tip:

A secure password contains at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and special characters.
