Forgotten or would like to change the password
If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, you can reset or update it in just a few steps.
Forgotten password – How to reset it
1Open the password reset page
2Enter your email address
Enter the email address you use for your Teleboy account.
3Open the link in the email
You will receive an email with a reset link. Click on it and set a new secure password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or whether you are actually registered with that address.

Change password
1Log in
Log in at teleboy.ch/en/login.
2Open the change page
Go to "My Data" → Change password.
3Set a new password
Enter your current password, choose a new secure password (at least 8 characters with letters, numbers and special characters) and confirm. Click "Change password".
✓ Done!
Your password has been updated successfully.
