Where do I find my logged-in devices?
You can access the device overview at my.teleboy.ch/user/devices – or in the Cockpit under Overview → Manage account → Device management.

Which devices are displayed?
The list shows all sessions where you are logged in with your Teleboy account: desktop browsers, Smart TV and Android TV – each with the date of last use.
Tip: The currently active session is marked with a blue checkmark as “Current session” and cannot be logged out.

Remove device
How do I remove a device?
Proceed as follows:
- Log in to your Cockpit and go to Device management.
- Find the device you want to remove in the list.
- Click Log out next to the relevant device. The device will be logged out immediately.
What happens after logging out?
The logged-out device will be redirected to the login page after the next page reload. A full login with email address and password is required to access Teleboy again.
Important: Logging out a device does not delete any recorded content or settings. It only ends the active session.
Frequently asked questions
I don’t recognise a device – what should I do?
If you don’t recognise a device in the list, we recommend removing it immediately and then changing your password. This ensures that nobody can access your account without authorisation.
Change password: Go to your Cockpit under Password & security.
