How do I register a Teleboy account?

To use Teleboy's services – TV, Internet or mobile – you need a personal user account. Registering is easy and can be done in two ways.

Option 1: Directly via the registration page

1Go to the registration page

Visit www.teleboy.ch/en/registrieren.

2Enter your personal details

Enter your first and last name, email address (also serves as username) and set a password (at least 8 characters).

3Accept T&Cs and create account

Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, click "Create account" and confirm the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.

Option 2: During the ordering process

1Select a product

Go to www.teleboy.ch and select the product you want (e.g. an Internet subscription).

2Enter details and complete order

Enter your personal details on the order form. An account will be automatically created during the order. After completion you'll receive an email with your login details and an activation link.

Always use the same email address so that your orders can be correctly assigned. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it at www.teleboy.ch/en/passwort-vergessen.
