How can I benefit from the current Teleboy prices?
At Teleboy, the prices agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion apply to all subscriptions. This means your monthly rate remains stable and provides you with full planning security.
Why do I see different prices on the website?
The prices shown on our website always apply to new subscriptions or current promotions. Existing subscriptions are not automatically adjusted—neither when prices go down nor when they go up.
How can you benefit from the new price?
At Teleboy, you can benefit from current prices at any time – simply via your customer cockpit.
Here's how it works:
Log in to the customer cockpit: Go to Customer Center
Go to "My Subscriptions".
Select the relevant subscription.
Click on "Adjust".
Enter your desired start date and confirm with "Adjust subscription".
This automatically switches you to the current conditions without requiring a new contract.
Good to know:
You can make adjustments at any time.
Changes will take effect on the selected date.
The activation fee of CHF 49.– does not apply again, since you're simply adjusting your existing subscription.
Your flexibility with Teleboy:
You can adjust your subscription at any time—whether it's changing your internet speed, activating additional TV options, or switching the fixed network variant. However, all changes must be actively initiated by you via the customer center or support, as Teleboy does not make changes to your contract on its own.
