How long are the promotional prices shown on the website valid?
You've seen a promotional price on the Teleboy website and want to know how long it's valid?
Quick answer: promotions are usually short-term and are adjusted regularly. But once you've signed up, you keep your conditions. We don't change existing contracts.
What this means for you
- Promotions are limited in time. A promotional price you see today may no longer be available tomorrow.
- After you've signed up, your conditions continue to apply. Teleboy has no hidden costs. Your price does not go up after month 12, for example.
- We don't change existing contracts, neither upwards nor downwards. The conditions agreed in your contract always apply.

How to benefit from a current promotion as an existing customer
Would you like to benefit from a running promotion? Then simply adjust your subscription yourself, at any time in your customer account. The adjustment is made at the conditions valid at that time.
1Open your customer account
Internet: my.teleboy.ch/service/internet (Subscriptions → Internet → "Adjust" tab)
Mobile: my.teleboy.ch/service/mobile
2Select the subscription you want
The conditions that apply to your new subscription are shown there before you confirm the change.
3Confirm the change
From then on, the new current conditions apply to your subscription.
⚠ Important
The adjustment doesn't happen automatically. If you want to benefit from a current promotion, you need to make the change yourself in your customer account.
