Change of provider - What needs to be considered (Mobile)

Switching providers to us for a mobile subscription is easier than you think. 

You don't need to cancel your active subscription with your current provider - we'll do that for you. 

The only thing that is important is that when you transfer your number, your contract under which the number is running has not yet been cancelled - otherwise you may incur penalties and additional costs.

The following data is important for your order with us:

-Old provider

-Number to be ported (if desired)

-Old holder

-New holder, if applicable

-If it is a postpaid or prepaid subscription

As soon as you place an order with number porting, we will order a cancellation to your old provider with number porting.
