Change of provider - What needs to be considered (Internet)

If you have decided to switch your internet connection to us, it's quite easy!

We recommend that you cancel your contract with your old provider as early as possible, as in most cases there is a termination period of 60 days.

Depending on your provider, you can cancel your Internet connection in writing, by phone or via an assistant. 

Once your previous provider has confirmed the termination along with an end date, please use that end date as the starting date when placing your order with us.

Please note

The connection process typically requires 5 – 10 working days. Therefore, we advise you to allow sufficient time between placing your order and the desired activation date.
