How can I pay my invoice?

The invoices for the Teleboy Kombi Abo (Internet, TV & Mobile) can be paid by eBill, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), postcard or QR code (payment slip).

Invoices received can be viewed and downloaded at any time in the customer account settings. Simply open the following Teleboy invoices.

Payment via QR code

• Your invoices will be sent by e-mail with a QR code for payment.
• Payment by IBAN is not possible, nor is a printed invoice by post.

eBill

• Log in to your e-banking and select Teleboy as the biller under “eBill”.
• Your invoices will be transferred directly to your e-banking.
• Not available for TV-only subscriptions.

Credit card or Postcard

• Store your credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or Postcard in the customer center.
• The invoice amount will be debited automatically each month.

TWINT

• You can link your TWINT account to your Teleboy account.
• Payment is made automatically by monthly direct debit.

Is there an annual payment option?

No, annual payment is no longer offered. All invoices are issued monthly and can be paid using the above payment methods.

Important notice: Payment by direct debit (LSV) is also no longer possible.
