We always send the invoices with a time lag. This means in the middle of the following month. So please don't be surprised if you haven't received an invoice yet!


If you still haven't received an invoice in the middle of the following month, please check if  the invoice hasn't ended up in your SPAM folder. You can set Teleboy as a secure sender with your e-mail provider, so you can avoid the bills ending up in the spam folder or being blocked by the provider. 


We also recommend that you switch to eBill in order to carry out the payment automatically.
