Why don't I get an invoice?

We always send the invoices in arrears, i.e. in the middle of the following month. So please don't be surprised if you haven't received an invoice yet!


If you still haven't received an invoice, please also make sure that the invoice hasn't ended up in your SPAM folder. You can set Teleboy as a secure biller with your e-mail provider, so you can avoid the bills ending up in the spam folder or being blocked by the provider. 


We also recommend that you switch to our automatic payment methods.
