Where can I find my PIN and PUK?

You can find the original PIN and PUK under the scratch field on the back of the SIM card holder that you received when you got the SIM card.

Your PIN code can also be found in the login area under “My Services” -> “Mobile” -> “Info” (directly in the customer portal: Click here). 

If you move your mouse over the PIN or click on it on a mobile device, the PIN number will be displayed.

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can still access your PUK via the customer area and, if necessary, reset the PIN code after entering the PIN incorrectly three times, and re-assign it with the PUK.
