Broadcasts take too long to load and are not played back

If Teleboy shows are taking too long to load or are not playing at all, it is in most cases due to an active VPN connection or browser extensions.

⚠ Note

The use of a VPN is not permitted for licensing reasons and is prohibited under our terms and conditions. Teleboy blocks VPN connections automatically.

How to proceed

1Disable VPN

Turn off all VPN connections – including VPNs integrated into antivirus software.

2Disable browser extensions

Test by disabling all browser extensions and reloading the page. Certain plugins can interfere with the Teleboy player.
