How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your entire customer account, follow the steps below. Please note that certain conditions must be met before you can permanently deactivate your account.

How to proceed

1Check subscription conditions

Make sure there are no active subscriptions for Internet, landline or mobile. An account with ongoing subscriptions of this type cannot be deleted.

2Open account settings

Go to the Teleboy account settings. Alternatively, go to "My Data" → "Edit" in your account.

3Delete account

On the right side you will find the "Delete profile" option. Click on it and follow the instructions to confirm the deletion.

⚠ Important

If you have an active TV subscription and delete the account, no refund will be issued for the remaining period. Think carefully about whether cancelling before deleting the account makes sense.
