Why can't I add mySports to my subscription?
mySports is only compatible with current Teleboy TV subscriptions. Older plans like Teleboy TV Max don't support mySports as an add-on, even if they include other features like SkipAD.
Quick answer: Switch to Teleboy TV for CHF 11.90/month – you can then add mySports directly.

Teleboy TV Max includes SkipAD. After switching to Teleboy TV, SkipAD is not automatically included. You can add it separately for CHF 8/month (step 4).
How to proceed
1Open the customer portal
Open https://my.teleboy.ch/service/tv and log in with your credentials.
2Switch to Teleboy TV
Select Teleboy TV for CHF 11.90/month and confirm the change. Your existing plan will be converted to the new subscription.
3Add mySports
After switching, mySports appears as an available add-on. Add it directly in the customer portal at https://my.teleboy.ch/service/tv.
4Optionally re-add SkipAD
If you'd like to keep using SkipAD, add it separately for CHF 8/month at https://my.teleboy.ch/service/tv.
✓ Done
You now have access to mySports and can enjoy live sport on Teleboy.
