How do I subscribe to mySports?
mySports is Sunrise's full sports package, which you can add to your TV subscription at Teleboy. Depending on your subscription, there are two options: the monthly subscription with the Teleboy TV subscription and the annual subscription for Home customers with Internet and TV at Teleboy.
Quick answer: If you have the Teleboy TV subscription, you book the mySports monthly subscription for CHF 39.90 per month yourself in your customer account. If you have Internet and TV at Teleboy (Home), you book the mySports annual subscription for CHF 29.90 per month yourself, also in your customer account.

The mySports day pass (CHF 15.- per day) is currently not available at Teleboy.
⚠ Important
The monthly subscription is only available with the Teleboy TV subscription. As a Home customer, you can currently book the annual subscription. mySports is not available with Teleboy Free. With the older plans MAX, Comfort and Plus, mySports cannot be booked either, neither as a monthly nor as an annual subscription. Find out more in Why can't I add mySports to my subscription?
Book the monthly subscription (Teleboy TV subscription)
1Open your customer account
Open my.teleboy.ch/service/tv and log in with your Teleboy credentials.
2Open the "Add-ons" tab
Go to the "Add-ons" tab. There you'll see all additional options for your subscription.
3Order mySports
For the "MySports" entry at CHF 39.90 per month, click "Order" and complete the order.
ℹ Billing and cancellation of the monthly subscription
If you book the monthly subscription during the current month, that month is billed pro rata. You can cancel the monthly subscription at the end of the month, directly in your customer account at my.teleboy.ch/service/tv.
Book the annual subscription (Home customers)

Open my.teleboy.ch/service/tv and log in with your Teleboy credentials.
2Book the mySports annual subscription
You book the mySports annual subscription yourself in your customer account at my.teleboy.ch/service/tv. Select mySports and complete the order. New customers can also add mySports directly during the order process.
ℹ Term and cancellation of the annual subscription
The annual subscription has a minimum term of 12 months. It then renews automatically month by month. Cancellation is possible with one month's notice to the end of the month. You can do the ordinary cancellation in your customer account.
ℹ Usage abroad
You can watch your mySports recordings abroad. Live streaming and replay are only available in Switzerland. Downloading recordings is not possible for legal reasons.
