Why can't I add mySports to my subscription?

1You have an older TV plan

With the older plans Teleboy MAX, Comfort and Plus, mySports cannot be booked, neither as a monthly nor as an annual subscription. This also applies if your plan includes other features like Skip-Ad. The solution is to switch to Teleboy TV (see below).

2You use Teleboy Free

mySports is not available with Teleboy Free. For the monthly subscription, you need the Teleboy TV subscription.

3You are a Home customer

If you have Internet and TV at Teleboy with the Teleboy TV subscription, the mySports annual subscription is currently available to you, not the monthly subscription. You book the annual subscription yourself in your customer account. To find out how, see How do I subscribe to mySports?

1Open the customer portal

Open my.teleboy.ch/service/tv and log in with your credentials.

2Switch to Teleboy TV

Select Teleboy TV for CHF 11.90/month and confirm the change. Your existing plan will be converted to the new subscription.

3Add mySports

After switching, you'll find mySports in the "Add-ons" tab at my.teleboy.ch/service/tv. For the "MySports" entry at CHF 39.90 per month, click "Order".

4Optionally re-add Skip-Ad

If you'd like to keep using Skip-Ad, add it separately for CHF 8.– per month at my.teleboy.ch/service/tv.
