I have a subscription but Replay isn't working – what should I do?
If you already have a Teleboy TV subscription but see a message asking you to subscribe, or the Replay feature isn't working, these steps will help.
How to proceed
1Check the correct customer account
Make sure you're logged in with the correct customer account. Check your email address and customer number at my.teleboy.ch/user.
2Log in again
Log out and then log back in at www.teleboy.ch/en/login. After an app update, you may have been automatically logged out.
3Check your Apple ID (iTunes subscriptions only)
If you subscribed via the App Store, make sure you're signed in on your device with the correct Apple ID.
