Yes, you can pay your Teleboy invoice by eBill. Here's how:

Pay another person's invoice by eBill

Would you like to pay someone else's Teleboy invoice, for example for a family member? You can do this by eBill. So that we can match the payment to the right customer account, follow these steps:

⚠ No note, no automatic match

If the customer number or registered e-mail address is missing from the note, we can't match the payment automatically. The invoice then remains open until we have checked the payment manually. This check can take up to 5 working days after payment.

ℹ A simpler alternative

If eBill doesn't work as expected, it's usually easier to store a credit card or TWINT in the customer login of the account concerned: Store a payment method. The invoice amount is then debited automatically every month.

ℹ Automatic payment or approval

Depending on your bank, eBill invoices are either paid automatically or must first be approved by you in your e-banking. You can usually activate automatic approval in your e-banking settings. More info: My invoice is not paid automatically despite eBill registration

⚠ Important

TV-only subscription: Can only be paid via TWINT or credit card. eBill payment is not available.

TV as part of an Internet combo: If your TV subscription is part of a combined Internet subscription, the invoice can be paid via eBill.
