Can I view and download my invoices online?
View & download invoices online
You can log in to Teleboy at any time and view, download and check the payment status of all your invoices. During the monthly billing run (about 4 days), a new invoice is being prepared and can only be downloaded once the billing run is complete. More info: Why can't I see a QR code on my invoice yet?
1Navigate to invoices
Open your account settings and select "Manage subscription" → "Invoices".
2Download invoice
Click on "Details" next to the desired invoice. The invoice can then be downloaded.
ℹ Note
The payment status may take 2–3 days to update after a successful payment. Direct access: my.teleboy.ch/finance/invoice
