I have ordered or renewed a subscription on iTunes, but I still only have access to the free service

If you only have access to the free service after purchasing or renewing on iTunes, there are two possible causes and corresponding solutions.

Payments made via iTunes are not visible to our support. The subscription cannot be reactivated by us – please contact Apple directly.

How to proceed

1Restore purchase (new customer)

If you just purchased the subscription: open the Teleboy app on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV and go to "More" → "My subscription" or "To the shop". You can restore your purchase there.

2Contact Apple Support (renewal issue)

If the subscription was not renewed despite payment: contact Apple Support and send a proof of payment.

✓ Done!

After confirmation from Apple, your subscription will be reactivated and you will have full access to Teleboy again.
