I can't watch a show on replay

Please check in the settings in the player whether the replay has been activated.


If you no longer see an option for replay, it is activated.


Please also note that for legal reasons, the replay memory may only be filled with programmes after the start of the subscription. Accordingly, you can only watch and record programmes that were broadcast after the start of your subscription. One week after the start of your subscription, the last 7 days will always be available.
