Can I have a Teleboy internet subscription for my holiday home or second home?
Yes, you can take out a second internet subscription with Teleboy for a holiday home or second home. However, this is not possible via the same customer account.
⚠ A separate customer account is required
Only one internet subscription can be managed per customer account. For a second internet subscription you need a new customer account with a different e-mail address that is not yet linked to an existing internet subscription.
How to order an internet subscription for your holiday home
1Create a new customer account
Register during the order process with a new e-mail address at https://www.teleboy.ch/en/internet
2Check availability
Enter the address of the holiday home or second home to see the available speeds.
3Select and order the subscription
Choose the internet subscription you want and follow the order steps.
4Installation and use
Your internet is activated at the chosen location, independently of your main connection.
ℹ Several locations
At present, only one internet subscription can be ordered per customer account. A separate customer account is needed for every additional location. You manage each account separately in your customer login under Subscriptions → Internet. There you change the speed for each location in the «Adjust» tab or switch from DSL to fibre optic, report a move in the «Move» tab and cancel in the «Cancel» tab.
